• Conduct general laboratory support including molecular biology research techniques
• Collect, analyze, and distribute research data using basic computer skills
• Perform genomic data analysis and interpretation from raw sequence files
• Utilize programming languages such as R and Python for data processing
• Assist in the preparation of conference presentations and scholarly manuscripts

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in standard laboratory procedures and analytical techniques
• Knowledge of molecular biology techniques including RNA, DNA, and protein extraction
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation from genomic data
• Strong organizational and written communication skills

• Experience with NGS and RNAseq data processing, sequence alignment, and variant calling
• Familiarity with research design and project management
• Additional experience with advanced molecular biology techniques and assays
• Proficient in programming with R and Python for research purposes
