Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is a Sales Operations professional who excels at supporting and scaling a growing sales organization within a distribution-focused environment. They partner effectively with sales leadership and field teams to improve sales effectiveness through disciplined execution, well-structured campaigns, strong CRM utilization, and data‑driven decision making.
This individual is comfortable in a highly visible role, bringing clarity, structure, and accountability to sales processes. They are relied upon to deliver accurate performance reporting, maintain operational alignment across the commercial organization, and continuously improve how the sales team operates and executes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage execution of sales campaigns and cross‑functional initiatives
- Deliver pipeline, forecast, and performance reporting to sales leadership
- Own Salesforce CRM governance, adoption, and opportunity hygiene
- Improve sales processes, workflows, and operating cadence
- Support sales enablement, territory planning, and account targeting
- Lead post‑campaign reviews and identify root causes and improvement opportunities
- 5+ years of Sales Operations or Commercial Operations experience
- Advanced Salesforce CRM expertise required
- Experience supporting sales teams in distribution or wholesale environments
- Strong analytical, reporting, and process optimisation skills
- Advanced Excel and presentation skills
- Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, execution‑driven environment
