Express Employment Professionals is seeking a friendly and motivated Sales Associate for a full-time opportunity with a local building supply and hardware retailer in Kaneohe. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers, learning about home improvement products, and working in a hands‑on environment.

The Sales Associate will assist customers with product selection, answer questions, and help maintain a well‑stocked and organized store. Individuals with customer service experience and DIY, home improvement, or hardware knowledge are highly encouraged to apply.

• Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
• Assist customers with product selections and project recommendations
• Learn product knowledge to better support customer inquiries
• Stock and replenish merchandise throughout the store
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Participate in training programs and team meetings
• Support department operations as assigned

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• DIY, home improvement, hardware, landscaping, or outdoor equipment knowledge is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
