Supervisory Management Analyst; manpower

Job Overview

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST (MANPOWER) in the S-1 DIRECTORATE of MARINE CORPS BASE HAWAII.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

• providing technical expertise on matters pertaining to manpower utilization, management, assignment, analysis and evaluation;
• preparing local directives pertaining to personnel distribution;
• advising senior officials regarding manning issues;
• acting as a primary manager for automated systems (e.g. Department of Navy Tracker, Total Force Structure Management System (TFSMS) or similar software).
