Your role in our mission We are looking for an Account General Manager with high energy and creativity to work with an innovative and transformative client.

In this role, you will:
Cultivate client relationships and be the voice of Gainwell as a trusted advisor and thought leader Manage the operations of your account, including SLAs, security remediation, outage management, resource oversight, staffing, project health, implementations, and quality assurance Understand the data and own the outcomes for your client Develop a client-centered innovation agenda to proactively engage with client on their business needs and goals Harness Gainwell innovative spirit to meet and exceed contractual commitments Guide and mentor the delivery and operations team for your account Manage the financial quality of the account What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration/Management, Finance, a clinical specialty or equivalent with preference of a Master's degree in one of these fields 10-12 years' experience in account leadership roles such as sales, delivery or business management Experience in business operations management A minimum of ten (10) years' experience managing a large-scale government or private sector healthcare contract valued at twenty (20) million dollars or more.

Knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare regulations/standards, as well as cost reporting, profit and loss, and budget compliance Experience working in a matrixed environment P & L, sales and risk management skills What you should expect in this role Delivers on company's contractual commitments Understands operations and delivery data Leads, coordinates, and manages the long-term, consultative, client relationship to become the client's trusted advisor Establishes and manages, a program to achieve client service excellence Leads all employees who provide services to the client, either directly or indirectly Develops strategy and obtains buy-in from all stakeholders Leads large, cross-functional teams Contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas Routinely exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and criteria for achieving objectives.

The pay range for this position is $ - $ per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
