• Prepare estimates, bid schedules, and perform takeoffs while preparing and sending preliminary scope letters, bid forms and documents to meet bid schedules.
• Assist with research into detailing, fabrication, and field problems.
• Manage the bid process and coordinate with the responsible salesperson.
• Ensure outstanding service is taking place and all efforts are taken to satisfy customer needs at all levels, including phone calls, meetings and job sites.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for each job and a desirable work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Strong mathematical and technical writing skills.
• Ability to deal with uncertainty and work under minimal supervision.
• Ability to multi‑task and manage time.
• Ability to interact and communicate with co‑workers, company leaders and customers positively.
• Ability to follow directions, work rules and accept constructive feedback.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Proficiency in Word, PDF application, Adobe or Bluebeam.

• High School Diploma or GED required;
  Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
