• 4-Day Work Week (Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
• No evenings, weekends, or call responsibilities
• HRSA loan repayment eligible (up to $50,000 with renewal opportunities)

• Provider schedules booked out months in advance with consistent patient demand
