Architectural Project Manager
Farnsworth Group is seeking an Architectural Project Manager to support our growing nationwide Healthcare Studio. This is a great opportunity for a motivated professional who excels in a team-oriented environment and is passionate about creating spaces that make a meaningful difference in patient care and the communities they serve. Professionals with experience in highly technical projects and a strong interest in healthcare are encouraged to apply.
Posting Locations:
Chicago, Peoria, Springfield, IL; or St. Louis, MO
- Lead, manage and design healthcare projects across the firm, working closely with our architecture, engineering, business development and marketing teams.
- Lead our multi-disciplinary teams from concept to delivery.
- Mentor junior architectural staff.
- Participate in business development and project pursuits.
- Generate work and create long-term client relationships.
- Develop, review, and approve proposals, reports, and contract documents.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, from an accredited program, required;
Master’s, preferred. - 10+ years of architectural work experience.
- Knowledgeable in healthcare industry trends, evidence-based design principles, and lean delivery methods.
- Demonstrated project management and supervisory experience.
- Success in developing new clients and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Proficient use of Revit a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organization, coordination, leadership, team-building and managerial skills.

Salary Range: $88,000-$115,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity)
