Collect, record, and maintain patient information, including:
Medical histories, Reports, and Examination results Manage and treat patients within scope of practice. Analyze records, reports, test results, and examination information to diagnose medical conditions. Interpret test data or images to inform diagnosis or treatment. Explain procedures and discuss test results or prescribed treatments with patients. Monitor patient conditions and progress, reevaluating treatments as necessary. Provide reliable, high-value, and evidence-based medicine supported by education and research.

Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to track patient visits and information related to physician/patient encounters. Perform Evaluation and Management (E/M) coding for physicians.Qualifications MD or DO Degree Valid Illinois Medical License (or ability to obtain IL Medical License) Valid Illinois Controlled Substances License (or ability to obtain IL License) Board eligible or Board Certified Medical Center proves that truly progressive medicine is being delivered in Chicago's southwest suburbs and East Central Illinois.
