Compensation & Benefits:

• $600,000 base salary
• $40,000 annual director stipend
• $100,000 signing bonus
• Additional compensation for CV Anesthesiologist (cardiac stipend and CV back-up call)
• Additional call available for extra compensation
• 12 weeks PTO plus 6 holidays
• $4,000 CME allowance annually
• Comprehensive W-2 benefits package
• Malpractice coverage provided

Practice Highlights:

• Leadership role as Medical Director
• Will consider general or cardiac-trained anesthesiologist
• Equitable in-house call, 1:6 ratio (avg. 5 calls per month)
• Collaborative team environment focused on quality and patient care
