- Facilitate student success and growth in academics and interpersonal skills.

- Organize and maintain accurate record‑keeping, grading, and reporting systems for all student activities, achievements, and attendance per diocesan and school procedures and applicable laws.
- Encourage parental involvement and ensure effective communication with students and parents.
- Ensure student conduct aligns with Bishop McNamara Catholic School standards and Diocesan policies.
- Establish and maintain standards of pupil behavior needed for a functional learning atmosphere in the classroom.
- Coordinate with other professional staff members to evaluate and assess curricula.
- Participate in faculty meetings, PLCs, and school committees.
- Supervise students during out‑of‑classroom activities, including those involving school transportation.
- Understand and adhere to all principles and tenets of the Catholic faith.
- Maintain a lifestyle in full accord with Christian teachings, within and outside the school environment.
- Knowledge of current teaching methods and educational pedagogy.
- Knowledge of high school world language curricula and concepts.
- Fluency and comprehensive proficiency in Spanish (speaking, reading, writing, listening).
