Behavior Specialist
The Special Education District of Lake County is seeking a.5 CADC/.5 LSB1 for our District for the school year. This person is directly responsible for providing consultation to educational teams to teach socially acceptable behavior for our students. Techniques such as behavior modification and positive reinforcement will be employed along with problem solving strategies. The Behavior Specialist is the team leader for the student and is responsible for coordinating the necessary education, supportive services and general education services to meet each child's needs.

Salary: $45,381-$73,381 (25-26 rates due to current negotiations of bargaining agreement)
