Club Supervisor

This position is responsible for providing scholastic growth, leadership, and to promote school sponsored activities. These positions are renewed on a yearly basis by the Board of Education.

Supervise the school-sponsored activities for the associated club.

Determine the role of club officers and conduct the election of club officers.

Establish club goals and plans for social and other activities related to the club.

Promote students to participate in school-sponsored activities as well as in the community.

Conduct meetings at least once a month to discuss plans for future meetings and events.

Work with the activity's director in scheduling, providing transportation and requirements for local and state sponsored events.

Help clubs plan fundraisers, school events, and other activities.

Assist the club to develop a budget for their activities and events.

May be required to perform other duties as assigned by administration.

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Ability to understand and follow basic oral and written instructions.

Enforce school regulations and policies in a professional manner.

Demonstrate ability to deal with sensitive issues in a tactful and professional manner.

Address concerns and offer suggestions in an appropriate and confidential manner.

Ability to maintain good working relationships with fellow employees and pupils.

Ability to communicate to students, parents and staff in an acceptable/courteous manner.

Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.

Ability to push and pull up to 10 lbs.

The work hours for this position vary by season and scheduling.
