Timeline:
The internship program will run from Monday, June 7th, 2027, to Friday, August 13th, 2027.

Our investment professional roles are open from July 17-August 14, 2026. All other remaining roles will open on September 1st. We reserve the right to close applications early due to volume or role(s) being filled. We review applications on a rolling basis, and we encourage you to apply as soon as you are ready.

Please note, Superday interviews are scheduled throughout the month of September. Candidate reviews and interview invitations will be extended on a rolling basis as applications are assessed.

Your Day to Day:

You will be empowered to contribute in a meaningful way, add new value to organization initiatives and effect change.

Within our Originations business, you will be responsible for assisting investment professionals in analyzing and securing loans. This includes responsibility for all phases of evaluating new investment opportunities, including cash flow modeling, property valuation, sensitivity analysis, market research, and credit analysis. You will also help manage deals throughout the due diligence and closing process.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Support the evaluation of commercial real estate debt investments across various property types, structures, and geographies. Assist in gathering and analyzing market, economic, and legal data relevant to potential investments.
  • Help build and update financial models, including cash flow projections, Argus models, and sensitivity analyses, under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Assist in the due diligence and closing process for new debt originations by preparing materials and coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

Required Qualifications:

  • Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor's program graduating between December 2027 and May 2028
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
