Pay: We offer our Registered Behavior Technician a competitive wage of $18–$21 per hour
, depending on experience.

This is a part-time position, working Monday through Friday from 4 PM to 7 PM as part of our after-school program.

In this role, you ll spend your afternoons providing one-on-one care to children with autism, guiding them through engaging therapeutic activities, implementing BCBA-designed treatment plans, tracking progress through precise data collection, supporting families with behavioral strategies, and collaborating with your clinical team to adjust interventions, while always maintaining professionalism, safety, and confidentiality.

• Active RBT certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to collect accurate data and maintain HIPAA-compliant records
• Strong communication skills
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others improve their lives through behavioral therapy
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities and knowledge of ABA principles (preferred)
