Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Part Time
Envision Unlimited is seeking a Part-Time BCBA to provide behavioral services to adults with developmental delays. This role is primarily remote, with some required local travel.
Location:
Kankakee, IL (Remote with local travel) Department:
Developmental Disabilities – Adults Job Type: Part-Time (20–60 hours per month) Pay: $32.00 – $44.00 per hour Benefits:
Illinois Paid Leave (up to 40 hours accrued) Mileage Reimbursement Provided
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop and implement Behavior Support Plans
- Train staff using evidence-based practices
- Monitor progress through data collection and analysis
- Complete clinical documentation
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and reviews
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification
- Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and documentation skills
