Overview

Environmental Service Technician – Facility:
Prime Healthcare St. Mary's Hospital, Kankakee, IL 60901. Department:
Environmental Services.

Schedule:

Part‑time, afternoons (3 pm – 11:30 pm).

The Environmental Service Technician is responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness within the hospital and adjacent buildings. This may involve traveling between facilities without assistance. The technician must respond promptly to and initiate communication by phone, handheld radios, pagers, etc.

• One (1) year of experience in acute care hospital environmental service techniques, practices, and procedures preferred.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to read, understand, and communicate effectively.

St. Mary's Hospital – Kankakee offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. The estimated wages for this role range from $16.20 to $22.10 per hour, inclusive of benefits. Additional details can be found at benefits information.

Part‑time – more than 59 hours per year.

Evenings.
