Our Early Intervention Speech Language Pathologists provide and direct speech therapy services to children aged birth to three, including:
- Assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication
- Occupational therapy services to children aged birth to three
- Evaluations and assessments and updates to the IFSP
- Establishment of treatment schedule and delivery of services as mandated in the IFSP
- Participation in family and caregiver education
Candidates must possess:
- A master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders or similarly titled area
- A Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or be eligible to participate as an ASHA Clinical Fellow
- Licensing, certification, or credentialing as required in the state of practice
- Early Intervention Temporary or Full Credential
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Effective leadership and customer relationship skills
- Ability to exercise mature judgment with initiative in analyzing and solving problems
- Dignity, compassion, empathy, and respect for all clients
- Proven track record with high volume workloads
Posted Salary Range USD $52.00 - USD $56.00/Hr. Bonus USD $3,000.00
