Responsibilities

Our Early Intervention Speech Language Pathologists provide and direct speech therapy services to children aged birth to three, including:

  • Assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication
  • Occupational therapy services to children aged birth to three
  • Evaluations and assessments and updates to the IFSP
  • Establishment of treatment schedule and delivery of services as mandated in the IFSP
  • Participation in family and caregiver education
Qualifications

Candidates must possess:

  • A master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders or similarly titled area
  • A Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or be eligible to participate as an ASHA Clinical Fellow
  • Licensing, certification, or credentialing as required in the state of practice
  • Early Intervention Temporary or Full Credential
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective leadership and customer relationship skills
  • Ability to exercise mature judgment with initiative in analyzing and solving problems
  • Dignity, compassion, empathy, and respect for all clients
  • Proven track record with high volume workloads

Posted Salary Range USD $52.00 - USD $56.00/Hr. Bonus USD $3,000.00
