Division HR Manager (Strategic Business Partner)
We are seeking a Division HR Manager (Strategic Business Partner) who will lead with purpose and help advance a talent strategy that supports our continued growth in behavioral healthcare.
Supporting operations across FL, GA, IA, IL, MA, MI, MN, NC, SC, and TN
This role serves as a key strategic partner to Division leadership, shaping culture, strengthening engagement, and ensuring we attract, develop, and retain the talent needed to deliver exceptional care across a multi-state footprint.
Guided by our commitment to Lead Care with Light, you will play a critical role in supporting our caregivers and building high-performing teams that make a meaningful difference.

Partner with Division President and leadership team to align HR strategy with business goals and operational priorities
Serve as a trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management
Build leadership capability through talent assessment, succession planning, and development strategies
Drive employee engagement and foster a culture aligned with our mission, values, and commitment to Lead Care with Light
Support full-cycle talent processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and retention
Coach leaders on employee relations matters and manage complex or sensitive issues
Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment laws, and regulatory requirements across multiple states
Lead, influence, and support a network of facility HR leaders across the Division
Use data, insights, and talent metrics to inform decisions and improve organizational effectiveness
Champion diversity, inclusion, and a workplace where employees feel supported, valued, and empowered
Travel approximately 25% to support leaders and facilities across the Division
Bachelor's degree required;
Master's degree preferred
5 to 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in a multi-site or healthcare environment
Broad expertise across talent management, employee relations, engagement, and compliance
Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive business-aligned HR strategies
Experience working in a matrixed organization with geographically dispersed teams
Strong business acumen, judgment, and problem-solving skills
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Passion for developing people and contributing to a mission-driven organization
