* The Opportunity:

*** Designs and implements AI, Automation and data analytics solutions to drive data strategies for the organization or functions within the organization.
* Supports traditional reporting and dashboards and may apply advanced analytics and data science.
* Develops, inspects, mines, transforms, and models data to raise productivity, improve decision making, and gain competitive advantage.
* Uses advanced analytics and data science as primary tools to understand and analyze business processes and other relevant factors, and may support traditional reporting and dashboards.

* The Role:

*** Responsible for development, implementation and maintenance of AI strategy for Supply chain solutions, data sets, reporting and analytics to enable data-driven decisions
* Collaborates with process teams to elicit and understand requirements, challenges and potential solutions
* Defines data governance structure, in collaboration with global data owners, and ensures compliance with standards and controls
* Defines standards, develops/conducts training and provides advanced support to the business
* Works with global process owner(s) and senior functional leaders on the effective utilization of metrics and analytics within their area
* Researches and applies knowledge of data technology and techniques to provide best practice guidance to the business
* Collaborates with functional business units to drive business solutions and direction

* Skills & Experience:

*** Bachelor degree in a technical field relevant to business process engineering, computer science or AI; advanced degree preferred
* 8+ years' experience in reporting and analytics
* AI, Automation, Advanced analytics and/or data science experience
* Hands-on experience with traditional modern business intelligence reporting tools, e.g. MS Fabric, AWS platform, Data Bricks Qlik View, Tableau, etc.
* Demonstrated big data experience with Hadoop-based tools, Hortonworks preferred
* Experience with SAP, HANA preferred   Different qualifications or responsibilities may apply based on local legal and/or educational requirements. Refer to local job documentation where applicable.
