We are seeking a dynamic and skilled professional to join the App Bank Production Support team. This role is critical to front-office operations and requires a proactive, hands-on individual who can operate in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing end-to-end production support for trading systems and applications, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted front-office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end production support for trading systems and applications to ensure seamless front-office operations
• Debug and troubleshoot technical and user-reported system issues efficiently to minimize business impact
• Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and implement preventive measures
• Engage in problem management activities to ensure long-term system stability
• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, including Managing Directors, providing timely updates and resolutions
• Drive transformation in support processes, reduce operational effort, implement strategic fixes, and build knowledge repositories to enable shift-left support

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language (Java or Python preferred)
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure production support environment
• Prior experience supporting front-office systems is highly desirable
• Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem resolution
