Territory Service Manager

Circle K -  - Responsibilities:
Identify maintenance requirements and costs by coordinating with management, production personnel, tradesmen and technicians;
Schedule and assign employees; negotiate and hire contractors; follow up on work results;
Manage repair and maintenance operation by determining work priorities, scheduling, repair, maintenance and installation of machines, tools and equipment;
Ensure repairs are cost effective by examining records, reports, operating practices and other documentation;
Control expenses by gathering and submitting budget information; scheduling expenditures; monitoring variances; implementing corrective actions
