We are seeking an ER Director for a mid-sized, not-for-profit hospital. This role will be leading department activities, supervising staff, and addressing patient, staff, and physician needs. Responsibilities include maintaining compliance with care standards, policies, and regulations while promoting satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and develop staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate daily operations, resolving issues among patients, staff, and physicians.
• Ensure compliance with care standards, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively to maintain financial sustainability.
• Support community health initiatives and promote organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• RN and Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years of leadership experience within Emergency Services.
