Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair industrial production equipment, electrical systems, and facility machinery
Install, maintain, move, replace, and remove machinery, piping, conduit, and production equipment
Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, repairs, rebuilds, and equipment modifications
Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions, faulty wiring, sensors, motors, and control systems
Test electrical circuits, systems, and components to ensure proper operation
Install, program, and maintain PLCs, instrumentation equipment, and sensors
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, layouts, technical manuals, and electrical drawings
Perform pipe threading, fabrication, TIG welding, and general mechanical repairs
Support conveyor maintenance, equipment alignment, and production reliability initiatives
Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure clean, organized work areas
Assist with facility maintenance, construction, and miscellaneous maintenance projects
Follow all safety, sanitation, and GMP standards within a regulated manufacturing environment
Requirements:5+ years of industrial maintenance experience within manufacturing environments
Strong electrical troubleshooting experience with 480V/3-phase systems
Experience with AC/DC electrical systems, motors, controls, instrumentation, and sensors
PLC troubleshooting or programming experience preferred
Experience working within FDA-regulated or food manufacturing environments preferred
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documents
Experience using CMMS or maintenance software systems preferred
Proficient with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading, and TIG welding
Forklift certification preferred
High school diploma or GED required
Technical schooling, apprenticeship, or electrical training preferred
You should be proficient in:120/208/240/480 Voltage Systems Industrial Electrical Systems Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
