Automation Supplier Execution Lead
The Automation Supplier Execution Lead is accountable for establishing and governing the local technical framework that enables external partners to deliver operational and capital OT services across GxP manufacturing systems, including PCS, MES, PLC, Lab Instrument, and SCADA platforms.
ResponsibilitiesExecute against the local framework for OT partners, including strategic platform providers, strategic suppliers, and shared service delivery models; define and monitor roles, responsibilities, and interfaces to avoid overlap; ensure partner governance practices are consistently monitored; drive adherence with GxP, safety, and regulatory expectations.
Monitor the global OT service catalog, SLAs/KPIs, and RACI; coordinate with global and site stakeholders to right‑size services; monitor performance data and drive improvements in reliability, responsiveness, and quality.
Own and maintain local adoption of master service agreements, quality plans, service agreements, and maintenance agreements; execute project contracting templates; partner with E&M, Legal, Procurement, and functional contract owners to ensure clear scope, deliverables, compliance, and pricing; review and refresh contract terms regularly.
Oversee partner project delivery quality for OT‑related operational and capital projects, ensuring adherence to global standards and governance; establish expectations for governance, documentation, testing, and handover; capture partner lessons learned.
Ensure agreements support the full lifecycle of OT platforms and align partner responsibilities with platform roadmaps; coordinate with OT Architecture, I&T, and platform owners to confirm lifecycle activities are contractually defined and scheduled; track execution and drive corrective actions.
Monitor KPIs, scorecards, and review cadences; lead performance and business reviews; act as escalation point for performance or contractual disputes; foster long‑term collaborative relationships that promote innovation, efficiency, and reliability.
Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or a local equivalent.
10+ years of work experience, including at least 5 years in execution systems, operational technology, IT and operations; experience with process automation, MES, and batch manufacturing industry standards (ISA S88 & S95); direct experience designing, building, deploying, and supporting automation and execution systems in a regulated large‑scale process‑based manufacturing environment; experience in writing, executing, and monitoring automation contract deliverables; strong project management skills;
functional knowledge of cGMPs and manufacturing operations in regulated facilities.

Expected base salary: $138,000 – $164,000.
