Job Title: Electrician

Location: Bradley, Illinois

• Report directly to the Plant Electrical Engineer.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electronic systems on the production floor and throughout the building.
• Analyze and repair control systems, electronic control devices, and production equipment efficiently.

• High School Diploma or GED (Preferred).
• Electrical certification or licensure.
• Safety and quality as top priority.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment as an independent contributor and team player.
• Flexible to work any shift and overtime as required.
• Detail oriented and accurate.
• Cross-training/multi-skilling in other functions expected.

• Working knowledge of Allen Bradley PLC equipment, installation, set-up, and programming.
• Knowledge of process control and pneumatic control systems.
• Industrial computer knowledge.
• Ability to use schematics, diagrams, and electrical drawings for control analysis and panel fabrication.
• Knowledge of NEC and OSHA codes.
• Proficient at maintaining plant and facility services.
• Understanding of machine wiring including low-voltage DC, 3-phase AC, control and motor wiring.
• Problem-solving skills, individually and collaboratively.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Stand, walk, use hands, reach with hands and arms regularly.
• May balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• May lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Walk up and down stairs or platforms; climb ladders up to 20 ft, including rolling ladders.

• Manufacturing plant environment.
• Exposure to machinery, forklift traffic, and loud production noise.

$41.30 - $42.30 per hour.
