AHF is seeking a manufacturing supervisor in Illinois to lead a crew of 20-50 employees across multiple production lines. You will champion a zero-injury safety culture, enforce lean processes, and drive continuous improvement with a focus on quality and uptime.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, prior supervisory experience in manufacturing, and strong communication skills to coordinate with maintenance, HR, and operations.
