Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform preventive maintenance on production equipment;
Participate in 5S and Lean manufacturing activities including material handling improvements, production line configuration, and safety procedures;
Learn and use continuous improvements tools and methods to improve equipment reliability, including root cause analysis (RCA) and failure mode analysis (FMA);
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service;
Log work orders in CMMS to track maintenance and equipment performance metrics
