Area Manager Positions
Two (2) Area Manager positions, Agricultural Manufacturer / Refinery; TN & IL

Aboutthe Role
As an Area Manager-Refinery, you will drive safety, efficiency, quality, and production while managing costs, projects, and staff development. This role emphasizes continuous improvement, technical expertise, and leadership to optimize people and processes. This position reports to the Senior Area Manager, and the locations are central Tennessee and central Illinois and offers a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure safety compliance and resolve issues promptly.
- Oversee daily operations, prioritize process improvements, and communicate clear goals.
- Lead adherence to the company’s Operating Model and engage teams in resolving key performance issues.
- Drive Workplace Organization (WPO) and GMP initiatives, focusing on safety, sanitation, and compliance.
- Manage and develop team members through training, performance evaluations, and career growth.
- Analyze and control costs to support continuous improvement.
- Achieve production and quality targets while becoming a technical expert in the area.
- Provide weekly reports on achievements and challenges.
Required:
- BS-Engineering (Chemical preferred)
- Proven experience leading diverse teams in operations or manufacturing.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, SAP, and OSI PI.
- 3-5 years of plant and technical experience.
Preferred:
- Continuous industrial processing experience.
- Knowledge of corn wet milling or refinery processes.
- Experience with Process Safety Management (PSM).
- Pay Range: $106K-$145K (bonus eligible).
