Quali Tech LLC seeks a Production Supervisor - Food Solutions to lead daily manufacturing operations for specialty food ingredients. You will oversee shift teams, schedule production, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and GMP standards. Responsibilities include coaching operators, troubleshooting process issues, optimizing throughput, and minimizing waste. You will coordinate with QA, maintenance, and planning to meet customer demand and on-time delivery.
The ideal candidate has experience in food or ingredient manufacturing, strong leadership skills, and a continuous improvement mindset within a collaborative, safety-focused culture.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily food ingredient production operations and shift personnel
- Plan and adjust production schedules to meet demand and on-time delivery
- Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and quality standards
- Monitor processes, troubleshoot issues, and reduce downtime and waste
- Collaborate with QA, maintenance, and planning to resolve production constraints
- Train, coach, and evaluate production team members
- Track production metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
- Support implementation of new products, processes, and equipment
- Promote a collaborative, safety-focused, quality-driven culture
