Registered Nurse (RN) – Telemetry / Med-Surg | Per Diem
We are seeking experienced Telemetry / Med-Surg Registered Nurses for a per diem assignment with flexible day and night shift options. This is a great opportunity for RNs looking for short-term flexibility in a fast-paced acute care environment.
Position Details

- Employment Type: Per Diem
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Shifts Available:
- Day Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Night Shift: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
The Tele/Med-Surg RN provides comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with a wide range of medical conditions. The RN will monitor cardiac rhythms, administer medications, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support quality patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in Telemetry and Med-Surg units
- Monitor cardiac telemetry and respond to changes in patient condition
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Perform patient assessments and document care accurately
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Adhere to all clinical, safety, and documentation standards
- Active and unrestricted RN license
- AHA BLS
- Experience in Telemetry and/or Med-Surg required
- Strong cardiac monitoring and assessment skills
- Ability to work day or night shifts as needed
