Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will research, test, and evaluate the design, functionality, and maintenance of products, systems, and processes. You will play a key role in ensuring product quality by developing quality standards, interpreting blueprints, and evaluating product integrity. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 2-4 years of experience in a quality control or engineering-related field, preferably within the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Devise sampling procedures and develop forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.
  • Establish programs to evaluate the precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing, measurement, and analytical equipment.
  • Write and maintain training materials for quality control activities and conduct training sessions for staff.
  • Specialize in areas of quality control engineering such as design, incoming materials, process control, product evaluation, and product reliability.
  • Update and maintain quality process documents for assembly and machining operations.
  • Review and analyze product integrity, and ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous improvement in quality processes and product outcomes.
  • Support adherence to IATF standards and AIAG core tools, with a focus on improving product quality and process efficiency.
  • Perform basic tasks such as reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
Required Skills &

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Industrial, or a related field).
  • 2-4 years of experience in quality control or a related engineering discipline, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Creativity, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team player with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Basic ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with IATF standards, AIAG core tools, and principles of engine operation is a plus but not required.
