Compensation
The hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Total hourly pay ranges from $15 to $28 per hour. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid up to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply.

Front‑End Checkout associates operate registers, greet and thank customers, process payments, and maintain a positive attitude. The role requires standing for long periods and may involve helping with customer questions and needs.
