Store Associate

Position Summary

Retail Store Associate at CVS Health.

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion, and resolving service issues.
• Focus on the customer with a warm greeting, eye contact, and offering help locating items.
• Accurately perform cashier duties handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions while following policies.
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking vendors, updating pricing, and completing inventory tasks.
• Support opening and closing store activities.
• Provide customer support to all departments, ensuring they are stocked and operational.
• Assist pharmacy personnel when needed, including working regular pharmacy shifts as growth opportunities.
• Promote and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs that support health.

• At least 16 years of age.
• Physical requirements:
  
  remain upright on feet; lift up to 35 lbs occasionally.
• Visual acuity to perform activities such as computer use and reading small parts.

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting.

High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

29 hours.

Part time.

$15.00 - $22.00 per hour.
