Atlas Bobcat, part of the Atlas Companies, is expanding to Kankakee, IL. We are currently hiring a full-time Bobcat Sales Representative to develop this new territory opening in summer 2026.
As a leader in the compact equipment industry, Atlas Bobcat takes pride in providing exceptional quality service for heavy-duty, compact equipment in the Chicagoland area. This is a perfect role for anyone interested in a future in Sales!
Your New Role- Responsible for generating leads and selling a full range of Bobcat construction equipment and grounds maintenance equipment (GME) within the assigned territory.
- Responsible for identifying potential customers and building relationships with them.
- Effectively maintain positive relationships with existing customers.
- Partner with the internal team by promoting the Rental, Parts, and Service Departments.
- Maintain accurate and up to date customer information in the CRM system (Hub Spot).
- Tow equipment to customer job sites to conduct demonstrations.
- Coordinate delivery and pickup of equipment from customers.
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
- Proven sales experience is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Self-motivation.
- Strong customer service skills.
- CDL/Medical Certification is recommended but not required at time of hire (should be obtained within 6 months of hire).
