Full‑time position. High school diploma or equivalent required. Starting pay $19.75 per hour.

Shift: Day shift, 7:45 am to 3:45 pm, Monday through Friday. 8‑hour shift. Weekend availability required.

• Understand and maintain general post instructions for the assigned post.
• Maintain practical knowledge of all additional and emergency post instructions called for by the client.
• Deal with challenging situations while remaining calm and professional at all times.
• Maintain access control procedures set by management.
• Document and report any property damage and special occurrences.
• Respond to incidents and document the event accurately.
• Ability to stand, sit, and walk for long periods of time.
• Provide excellent customer service and public relations interactions; maintain an impeccable image at all times.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent observation skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in all situations.
• Minimum age 21 years.
• High School Diploma, GED, or military service record.
• Valid Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC) or willingness to apply for one.
• 20‑hour training certificate or complete within 30 days of employment.
• 40‑hour training certificate.
• FOID Card.
• Ability to acquire a Firearm Control Card through Guardian Security Services.
• Must complete a pre‑employment screening process.
• Maintain an impeccable image and adhere to professional military grooming standards.
• Display mature demeanor, personality, and attitude.
• Strong customer service and public relations skills; ability to interact well with diverse cultures and backgrounds.
• Maintain a working telephone at all times.
