Cresco Labs is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to keep our cultivation and production spaces running safely and efficiently. You will perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC tasks to support daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This hands-on role requires 1-3 years of maintenance experience, HVAC knowledge, and the ability to read machine prints. You will fix issues, maintain systems, and help ensure energy efficiency across the facility.
