• Strong experience with Pega PRPC / Pega Platform
• Expertise in Case Management and Business Process Management (BPM)
• Experience building Business Rules, UI (Sections, Harnesses, Portals), and Decision Rules
• Hands-on experience integrating applications using REST/SOAP APIs
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and application deployment experience

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Pega PRPC / Pega Platform.
• Build and enhance Case Management workflows and BPM solutions.
• Develop and configure business rules, decision rules, data models, and user interface components including Sections, Harnesses, and Portals.
• Implement integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP web services.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
• Ensure solutions follow Pega best practices, guardrails, and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA teams, Architects, and other stakeholders throughout the Top of Form
