This is a Project Coordinator for the Real Estate Technology Team. It’s a little niche and they aren’t just looking for a Technology PC. This person would be responsible for coordinating with our vendors, construction company, etc. when we are renovating or opening up new offices for the technology equipment.
Our client is looking for a Project Coordinator to assist our Real Estate Technical team. The Project Coordinator will work closely with other Real Estate team members, MEP associates, General Contractors, Property Owners and project managers. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for gathering technical details per project, vendor management and working remotely with third‑party vendors.
The Project Coordinator will manage administrative tasks such as document and information distribution, meeting minutes and team communications. This person must be detail oriented. The candidate will need to have excellent communication skills, the ability to develop and maintain vendor relationships, work in a dynamic environment, multi‑task and meet strict deadlines. This job will require 10% travel.
Responsibility Highlights- Gather technical details for each project
- Vendor management and coordination with third‑party vendors
- Document and information distribution, meeting minutes and team communications
- Maintain project plans and schedules
- Attend and participate in construction OAC meetings
- Document and follow up on actions and decisions from OAC meetings
- Prepare necessary technical documentation per project
- Ensure project deadlines are met
- Undergo project tasks as required
- Ensure projects adhere to timelines and all documentation is maintained appropriately
- Maintain vendor management for security, sound masking, telecom, low voltage and MEP contacts
- Manage third‑party vendors for monitor and workstation installations
- Work with network team on circuit turn‑ups and network switch installation
- Manage quality of work from third‑party vendors
- Manage travel schedule and travel arrangements
