Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and professional Customer Service Representative to support daily customer interactions and ensure a positive service experience. This role will handle inbound and outbound communications, resolve customer inquiries, and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve issues related to orders, billing, account updates, and general service questions

- Escalate complex issues as needed to appropriate departments
