One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Kannapolis is hiring a Customer Support Representative/Dispatcher. You will be the first voice customers hear, handling incoming calls, dispatching service and maintenance, and managing online inquiries.
The role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to work 8am-5pm Monday to Friday, 9am-2pm Saturday, with potential after-hours remote calls 5pm-10pm as needed. Prior customer service or dispatching experience is preferred.
