Role Description

Results-oriented Dental Hygienist dedicated to delivering exceptional preventive and periodontal care while elevating the patient experience in a fee-for-service practice. Passionate about creating a welcoming, relationship-based environment where patients feel valued, understood, and confident in their care decisions. Skilled in clinical excellence, case acceptance, and strengthening long-term patient loyalty. Our ideal candidate goes beyond “just cleaning teeth.” You build trust, educate with confidence, and help patients feel comfortable accepting the treatment they truly need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal services, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance
  • Perform detailed periodontal assessments, charting, radiographs, and risk evaluations
  • Identify periodontal disease, caries, and other oral health conditions
  • Clearly present recommended treatment plans, outlining clinical benefits, long-term value, and risks of delaying care
  • Drive strong case acceptance through confident, educational, and personalized conversations
  • Motivate patients to prioritize and schedule recommended treatment to protect their long-term oral health
  • Deliver an elevated, relationship-focused patient experience aligned with fee-for-service standards of care
  • Build lasting trust that increases patient retention, referrals, and reappointment rates
  • Collaborate closely with the doctor and team to support practice growth and production goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to strict infection control protocols
