The Director of Adult Learner & Student Engagement provides strategic leadership to enhance the academic, personal, and professional success of adult learners while overseeing larger student engagement initiatives across the campus. The Director leads targeted efforts to attract and retain adult learners, expanding access to higher education. This role contributes to enhancing access, retention, and completion rates for working adults and returning learners while ensuring the provision of co-curricular campus and community activities to enhance the student experience.

The Director will work with various college stakeholders to ensure that adult learners receive tailored support services and programming that meet their unique needs and life conditions.

The Director of Adult Learner & Student Engagement also leads and supports a team of two campus activity coordinators, who are responsible for student involvement and programming.
