Salary: $80,000 - $150,000 per year

We are a team of experienced Civil Engineers and Land Surveyors who work closely with Architects, Contractors, Government Agencies, Private Investors and Independent entities to help meet the challenges of our ever changing landscape.

• Lead end-to-end development of complex land development projects, from initial concept through construction
• Guide and mentor a talented team of engineers and technicians, fostering their growth while delivering excellence
• Design innovative solutions for subdivisions, infrastructure, and utility systems using cutting-edge AutoCAD Civil3D
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders
• Drive project success through strategic planning, resource optimization, and quality control

• PE License in North Carolina
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited)
• 5+ years of land development engineering experience, including 2+ years managing projects and teams
• Expert knowledge of AutoCAD Civil3D and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication skills and client-focused mindset
• Valid North Carolina Driver's License

• Passion for mentoring and developing team members
• Track record of building strong client relationships
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Experience with Ajera financial management software (preferred)

• Consistently delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget
• Building lasting relationships with clients and regulatory agencies
