Backed by over 30 years of engineering expertise, we are an industry leader in vibration testing, machine diagnosis, and data acquisition for manufacturers of electronic and mechanical products.

• Technical support: respond to customer questions via phone, email and in-person
• Sales collaboration: work closely with Sales to conduct pre‑sales demos and post‑sales support
• Training: conduct online or in‑person training sessions to new customers
• Technical documentation: update our user manuals, application notes, and training materials
• Conference and tradeshow support: assist with booth setup and teardown

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering
• Travel and customer interaction (up to 30% travel expected)
• Strong technical writing skills
• Excellent communication skills in a customer‑focused environment
• Friendly, sociable, presentable and professional

Starting salary at $90,000 base + bonus
