Freestanding Emergency Department
Friday / Saturday / Sunday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced CT / Ultrasound / X-Ray Multi Modality professional for a Travel Contract Job at a freestanding Emergency Department. This facility operates a 14-bed ED providing fast-paced emergency care and is looking for a confident technologist who can work independently and thrive in an autonomous environment.

Schedule

• 3x12s – Friday, Saturday, Sunday

• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• 36 hours per week

Facility Overview

• 14-bed Freestanding Emergency Department

• Average daily volume:
– X-Ray: 40 scans
– CT: 35 scans
– Ultrasound: 10 scans

• Emergency patient population including: MVCs, shortness of breath, falls, injuries, DVTs, and stroke alerts

Required Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in specialty

• Highly prefer ED experience in a trauma facility

• First-time travelers accepted based on experience

Required Certifications

• BLS required

• ARRT (R)(CT) required for Dual Modality

Key Skills & Expectations

• MUST be comfortable working independently

• Skilled in both Diagnostic X-Ray and CT

• Ability to independently run the X-ray room and perform portable imaging for ER patients

• Proficient in scanning Code Strokes

• Strong clinical judgment in emergency imaging situations

• Common CT scans and protocols will be discussed during the interview
