Technical Business Analyst - Hybrid

TEKsystems is looking for a Technical Business Analyst in Charlotte, NC, for one of our top clients.

Initiative – OpEx – GB Digital CRM Platform (Salesforce) P67624 Pricing to Salesforce Integration. This role is responsible for capturing and supporting delivery of business and/or system requirements, based on specialization, to deliver significant business outcomes. The analyst works with stakeholders to understand their needs, capture requirements, perform impact analysis, and closely collaborates with development teams to translate those requirements into specifications for execution.

• Understand stakeholder needs to help envision and create a solution to solve a problem.
• Support cost/benefit analysis to align technology solutions to business strategy.
• Gather and catalog functional, non‑functional, and technical requirements for stakeholder requests.
• Determine the impact of modifications and enhancements to applications and assist with identifying integration points and end‑to‑end solution design.
• Ensure changes to the application are compliant with bank standards and policies.
• Assist users and development teams in application testing and troubleshooting, and may help with test planning and configuring test solutions to validate functional and system needs.
• Document processes, procedures, and workflows associated with applications.

• Technical skills including SQL.
• Great communication skills.
• Proven documentation experience.
• Excellent planning and reporting skills.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst (5‑7 years) with excellent analytical and process‑based skills, including process flow diagrams and functional diagrams.
• Experience with data sourcing, modelling, analytics, conformance, and common distribution techniques.
• Experience with delivery via Agile methodology.

• Business background in Commercial / Corporate Pricing.
• Experience with using JIRA.
• Experience with Salesforce data integration.
