Overview
El Especialista en Entregas mantendrá y operará los vehículos de la tienda para entregar piezas y/o productos a clientes profesionales de manera segura y eficiente. Esta posición también recogerá dinero en entregas C.O.D. y recogerá devoluciones de clientes. O Reilly Auto Parts está buscando un Especialista en Entregas para unirse a su equipo en Kannapolis, NC. El rol implica proporcionar un servicio al cliente excepcional y asegurar la entrega oportuna de productos a los clientes.
Responsibilities- Mantener y operar los vehículos de la tienda para entregar piezas y/o productos a clientes profesionales de forma segura y eficiente.
- Realizar entregas C.O.D. y recoger pagos cuando sea necesario.
- Recoger devoluciones de clientes y gestionar devoluciones de núcleos según sea aplicable.
- Proporcionar servicio al cliente, apoyar en reposición, merchandising y manejo de devoluciones cuando corresponda.
- Buena ética de trabajo, atención al detalle y excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
