This role contributes to the development, optimization, and validation of analytical methods, performs sample preparation, and operates key laboratory instrumentation to generate accurate and high-quality data. The incumbent collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure experimental procedures and results meet scientific standards, regulatory expectations, and project timelines.
Through these efforts, the role supports the progression of drug candidates from discovery through preclinical development.
Develop and validate high-sensitivity analytical methods for large molecule or small molecular bioanalysis (e.g., small molecule chemicals, antibodies, ADCs, peptides, nucleic acids).
Independently operate and maintain ELISA, mass spectrometry, and related instruments.
Perform sample preparation, method development, data processing, and interpretation of results.
Conduct PK/TK and bioanalytical studies for large or small molecule drugs.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and traceability in compliance with QA standards.
Prepare high-quality experimental reports and assist Study Directors with data summarization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including in vivo, in vitro, oncology, procurement, and QA departments.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
Foundational knowledge of biochemistry, medicinal chemistry, analytical chemistry, and pharmacokinetics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Demonstrated ability to work accurately and responsibly in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage priorities and perform effectively under pressure.
Experience with bioanalytical techniques, such as ELISA and/or mass spectrometry.
Hands-on experience in sample preparation, method development or optimization, and data analysis/interpretation.
Working knowledge of liquid chromatography (LC), LC-MS, column chromatography, and ELISA principles.
Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team environment.
