This is a full‑time Insurance Advisor position based in Kannapolis, NC. In this role, you will work directly with families to understand their needs, educate them on available benefits, and help them make informed decisions about protecting their future.

Advisors focus on serving and guiding families
, not high‑pressure sales. You’ll be supported with structured training, mentorship, and systems designed to help you succeed from day one. Responsibilities include meeting with clients (virtually or in person as applicable), explaining coverage options, assisting with policy updates, and building long‑term, trust‑based relationships.

This role is ideal for individuals who value flexibility, purpose‑driven work, and long‑term growth.

• No prior insurance or sales experience required — we train from the ground up
• Willingness to learn, be coached, and grow professionally
• Strong communication skills and a desire to help others (rapport‑building is developed through training)
• Self‑motivated with the ability to manage time and responsibilities independently
• Comfortable working with families in an advisory, service‑oriented role
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Ability and willingness to obtain a state insurance license (training and licensing support provided)
• Experience in customer service, education, healthcare, administrative work, or other people‑facing roles is a plus, but not required
